RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges for items with verified factory defects only. We do not accept change-of-mind exchanges.
Replacement Eligibility:

Timeline: You may request an exchange within 7 days of the purchase date.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required to process your exchange.
Shipping costs are shouldered by the customer. BASH* is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
To request an exchange, fill out this form or email us at support@bash.com.ph with your order number, item photos, and a short explanation.
Value Differences:

If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you’ll need to pay the price difference.

If exchanging for a lower-priced item, we will not refund the price difference.
All exchange requests must be reviewed and approved prior to return. Do not send any items without receiving confirmation and instructions from our team.
Marketplace orders (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) follow their platform policies.
Please note that sale items, bundle items, and personalized items are sold as-is and are considered final sale. These are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except as required by law in cases of defective or damaged goods.
